About Sri Kuala Lumpur School (Sri KL)
At Sri Kuala Lumpur School, we would like to think of ourselves as 鈥楾he Malaysian School In English鈥�. Our medium of instruction is predominantly English but our values are firmly Malaysian along with our culture and our food. That makes us a different sort of international school where the majority of our students are Malaysian, along with our teachers and administrators.
At the same time, Sri KL is the school of choice for many expatriates who wish to embrace Malaysian culture and gain a deeper knowledge of the national language. And all are welcome. Our philosophy has always been to provide a well-rounded and complete education for our students, emphasizing strong community values and discipline whilst at the same time encouraging our students to excel academically.
We鈥檙e also believers in the old adage that healthy bodies make healthy minds and our commitment to sporting and co-curricular activities reflects this belief.

Dedicated teachers and the school focuses on values. School fees are reasonable and with a good pool of experienced and loyal teachers.
Supportive students especially in sports season, fosters teamwork and collaboration very well. Teachers are qualified. Good facilities with up to date equipment.

Dedicated teachers, strong values system and consistent outstanding academic performance
Reasonable price, good quality education. School compound is not very big. Maybe 5 or 6 acres? But it is well planned so there are many facilities. Swimming pool, gym, art rooms, dance studio, auditorium, music centre, science labs, library etc. Attended a few music and drama performance and was very impressed. Very excellent standard. BM at SPM is compulsory for all Malaysian students which is why I send my kids there. My kids find this hard but they need this to survive in Malaysia. Results at IGCSE are good. Sports standard is high. Lots of good swimmers and runners in the school so difficult to get on school team. But my kids run and swim for their houses. Teachers are strict but friendly from what I see at the report card meetings. Fees include food which is convenient. I don鈥檛 have to give my kids any pocket money during the week. They like most of the meals provided but not all. I like the school values. I would recommend this school.

Teachers are wonderful. Very well run, academically and extra curricular activities. Established non-academic programmes. Dedicated teachers and management. Oldest private school in Malaysia.
