At The 麻花视频 School of The Hague (ISH), we are very proud of the quality of education that we provide for the students of all ages and nationalities. ISH can proudly say that it is a true 麻花视频 School with 1900 students on roll from over 85 nationalities. Our mission statement reflects this; Curious, Connected and Compassionate and we aim to inspire personal excellence in our strong and diverse community.
ISH has been serving the community of The Hague for many years. We joined the Primary and Secondary schools together when we moved to our current Kijkduin campus in the south of the city. The Primary School prides itself on being the first school in the world to be awarded 鈥楳astering鈥� in the accreditation of the 麻花视频 Primary Curriculum (IPC) in 2009. In 2013, we were also awarded 鈥楻e-mastering鈥�, another wonderful achievement. The Secondary School follows the 麻花视频 Baccalaureate (IB) Middle Years Programme (MYP), Diploma Programme (DP) and Career-Related Programme (CP) and our results at both MYP and DP are above the world average. For CP our first students will graduate in 2019. The Secondary School is also accredited by the Council of 麻花视频 Schools (CIS).
The 麻花视频 School of The Hague is also a member of the Rijnlands Lyceum group of schools, a non-profit educational foundation that has schools in the local and surrounding area in Sassenheim, Oegstgeest and Wassenaar. In The Hague we have also the Eerste Nederlands Montessori School (ENMS) and The European School (ESH).

How would you rate 麻花视频 School The Hague (ISH)?
My daughter came from another highly rated international school outside the Netherlands. But we were pleasantly surprised by how much more rigorous ISH's academic standards were. My daughter has flourished and has been challenged in a good way by ISH Primary and Secondary classes. Her ISH teachers have been excellent and the school staff have been responsive. We're moving out of the Netherlands and we wish we could bring ISH with us.
The primary school is fantastic, the secondary school far from. It is a wonder that it hasn't been shut down or subject to legal action. Only send you child here if you would like them to be exposed to uncontrolled racism, discrimination and harassment. Executive leadership need to be dismissed, potentially from the profession entirely. Shameful.
Absolutely the worst school ever. You pay 8000 euros for your child to get bullied by teachers, teachers have no respect for students. If you struggle in school all they will do is tell you or make you feel like you are dumb! No help given what so ever. I moved to the rotterdam international secondary school, now that鈥檚 a place you CAN send you child! PLEASE don鈥檛 send your child to ISH, i wouldn鈥檛 even wish it upon my worst enemy. All you are at ISH is a number. All they want is money that鈥檚 why they admit too many students (which they don鈥檛 even have the space for).
We have two boys who have thrived at ISH, a school that strives hard to create a rich, expansive and compassionate learning environment for all its students. It's a privilege to be a member of the ISH community. A wonderful school!
My now 5yo has attended ISH for a year and a half. It is such a special place where she is excited about leaning! We are so glad we chose this option for her. I'm also impressed this year about how much more Dutch is coming home!
We have 3 extremely happy kids at ISH since 4 years. The teaching quality is outstanding, teachers are not only very professional but also warm, empathic and supportive. Facilities are new, with natural light classrooms, state of the art gym and spacious common areas, that provide a safe and challenging learning environment to students. Besides, the school has nice playgrounds and outdoor areas for kids to play, run and practice many sports. With the high standard IPC/IB curricula, students learn to reflect on their own learning experiences as well as to assess their peers, guided by the values of the school. I would highly recommend ISH to new families in The Hague.
Very happy with ISH for our 4y. Great teachers and lots of different learning materials. Right balance of play, learning through play and physical activity. Most important is that the kids have enough space and freedom!
Fantastic primary school with great curriculum and teachers. We love the approach and are a fan!

I am about to go to this school after 5th grade but I have visited and it seems like an almost perfect school to go to. The only reason it isn鈥檛 perfect is because nothing is.

I was at the school for a total of 6 years and I found it fantastic. When I first joined the school I did not speak any English and after 1 year I was already able to talk with my fellow classmates thanks to the ELA program in the school. I am now in an other school and I now see the high level of ISH because I am ahead of many of my new classmates.
