My daughter has been at this school for four years now and we love it. We love the staff , the helpers and the teachers. For her young age, we are quite happy with her progress.

The school building is quite old and not as new or modern as other schools but they have really good teachers that will help you understand whatever you need there aren't alot of students therefore class sizes are small and they split our classes up in English and P.E our class size is around 20-21 (one of the biggest) the size of the classes are really nice as the teacher can concentrate on you more the students are nice and hard-working (people mostly get good grades they don't fail) and the school is organised and they care for your student for example they call your parents multiple times to tell them your leaving school if you leave with a friend that is I would say the biggest downfall is that the students mostly speak in Arabic which isn't really that good but they are improving and all the luck in the future

Let's agree to the fact that this review is completely unbiased. I've studied in the English School for Girls for the past six years, and regard it as a second home. Thus I will make no comments based on my personal feelings, but about the quality and standard of education. It offers good learning and a nice selection of extra-curricular activities such as after school clubs. The English School for Girls also has a few... more fun subjects, so to speak, such as Drama, Design and Technology and Home Economics, with positively brilliant teachers in those subjects. However, every pro has its con. I am sad to say, that I am forced to give the school a lower review than I would've wanted to - or even would've given if I were writing this a few years back - because of the leaving of many a great teacher. The standard has dropped quite a bit since my first year here. Previously, ESG had employed teachers who were highly qualified to teach, living up to all the students' and parents' expectations, earning them much deserved praise. Now, on the other hand, despite the presence of quite a few great teachers, there are more than a handful of teachers who are there simply because of the school's desperation after the withdrawal of the many teachers that were unable to make it. Although it offers good education, it definitely had - and still has - the potential to do much, much better. Unfortunately, according to what I have seen lately, that potential is going completely to waste. I sincerely wish better luck for the school in the coming years.

This school is so bad, (THE UNIFORMS ...) they don't want to spend money on the school, 15 minutes for break, they let the teachers paint the walls ,I was in this school for 6 years and I left because I had enough of bullying and poor education, tiny classrooms and plus there are only 1 or 2 classes and what like 15 students in every class and they think they are improving, no, they are not , don't take your children there , it's for there own good ,take them to any other school except for this one. The teachers let you mess about especially arabic teachers and BTW I am NOT DOING THIS FOR FUN, I'm SERIOUS. I regret my life going to this school, it is not worth 3K, if you are looking for a good english school go to NES or KES
