About Sekolah Cita Buana (SCB)
Sekolah Cita Buana (SCB) has undertaken聽a long journey with all the accomplishments and challenges聽it has聽faced. SCB was established聽in聽1995 in South Jakarta with only 7 students. The school was opened when a group of parents and educators gathered to find alternative options for education that were available in Jakarta at that time. The sole purpose was to create a new schooling system that allows children to grow聽to their full聽potential, to have awareness聽of聽the environment and learn about Indonesian cultures and at the same time able to think globally聽and be聽bilingual in聽both聽Indonesian and English.
Therefore, SCB applies two curriculums simultaneously, the Indonesian national curriculum enriched with international curriculums. Since 2001, SCB has聽seen聽150 students聽graduate,聽who have聽since carried on聽to聽higher education,聽mostly abroad such as in Australia, the UK, the United States, Canada,聽the聽Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, and some choose to continue their education in states and private universities here in Indonesia.

Poor service especially the admission. In order to enroll for special needs program, the school put you in the long waiting list and there is no quarantee that your loved ones will be admitted to this school. For one vacant seat at special need class, the school has some candidates who will be selected based on one day trial only. So be prepared for your loved ones to be eliminated. The admission process for the mainstream school should not be applied to the special need program.
