About Nobel Algarve British 麻花视频 School
Nobel Algarve British 麻花视频 School is an exceptional school, offering a unique education in the heart of the Algarve.
We have two outstanding campuses, both within an easy drive of Faro international airport: our flagship school in Lagoa, established in 1972, and our purpose-built campus in Almancil, inaugurated in 2020.
We set rigorous academic standards and our academic programme is individualised so all pupils are challenged to be the best they can be.
Both the Lagoa and Almancil campuses offer a contextualised English national curriculum; Lagoa caters for students aged 3 鈥 18 years and also has a national section that follows the official Portuguese Ministry of Education programme. Bilingualism is actively promoted and developed.
As of September 2022, Almancil educates students up to Year 8 and 9, and from 2023 the school will cater for pupils up to Year 10, to cover full middle school education.
Our school partnerships give students the chance to interact with other children from around the world to address some of the environmental challenges we face and to gain awareness of how to tackle them.

Stop! Think twice before you subscribe your children at the international section. The primary school is suffering from a fear culture created by the head of primary. Some teachers are good, but some teachers are bullying and shouting to the kids. At the secondary school there are for example drugs problems. Don't put your child at Nobel school. Parents are trying for more than 6 years to improve the level of education without any success.
Family-like environment
Nobel Algarve LAGOA has been a heartbreaking experience for the whole family. Whilst there are some fantastic teachers working with kids, the head and directors have been extremely unhelpful and unprofessional and clearly have not been considering children's welfare and mental health! There is a degree of bullying going on here.

Our grandson is a pupil at Nobel in Year 4, his second year at the school. He is very happy there and looks forward to going to school each day. There is a super 麻花视频 mix of pupils and he has friends of several nationalities. We are often visitors at the school and we are made to feel most welcome, both by the staff and other parents. There are lots of interesting after school activities, and cricket and rugby have recently been introduced. There is also the opportunity to enjoy music, and our grandson has started to learn to play guitar - he and three of his little friends even formed a small group (The Sausage Dragons!) and performed both at the Christmas Fair and a South African style Barnyard evening, where we were entertained by pupils of all ages. Lovely to see such confident young people. We have also been delighted with our grandson's teacher, who has a wonderful relationship with her pupils, and we have been pleased to see noticeable improvement in his work. We are very happy to be part of this community.
