The 麻花视频 Waldorf School of The Hague is a non-profit international primary school with a distinct educational vision. Our 麻花视频 Waldorf programme is shaped by the following elements; free play, imagination, empathy, engagement, responsibility, sustainability and well-being in our current society. These are combined with personal goals of enquiry, resilience, morality, communication, thoughtfulness, cooperation, respect and adaptability. Opportunities to develop and experience these elements are built into each unit of study.
A Balanced Foundation
The 麻花视频 Waldorf School of The Hague distinguishes itself through the integration of cognitive and artistic education. Children have a natural capacity to wonder and marvel at what they experience. The basis of our educational approach respects that curiosity in all fields. We consider physical education, handicrafts, art and respect for the natural world to be of equal importance to proficiency in mathematics and literacy. Our balanced educational approach addresses learning that occurs with the head, heart and hands.
Start small, stay small-scale
Our school, founded in 2018 has been growing every year with the addition of one to two grade levels per year. In 2023 we expect to have grown to a complete primary school with three Kindergartens and Classes 1-6. Even throughout our growth, the school has and will remain small, with class sizes of 15 children maximum. 鈥� Due to our small groups we are able to provide sufficient time, space and attention for everyone.
Involved
The 麻花视频 Waldorf School of The Hague educates children to become positive, active and engaged global citizens. We do that by aiding each student in his or her development as an independent, free-thinking individual; ready to become an active member of society. We also offer parental support through education. In discussions and lectures, we cover topics specific to our community like how to provide consistency when raising children in constantly changing environments.
Social network
The 麻花视频 Waldorf School is affiliated with the Vrije School in The Hague, a collaboration that renders many advantages. Not only are we able to enjoy the wealth of 95 years of experience and expertise but their history enables us to offer our families an extensive social network in the Netherlands.
In addition, due in part to the Liberal Arts approach and the international curriculum, children can easily cross over to education programs provided by international schools in other parts of the world.

How would you rate 麻花视频 Waldorf School of The Hague (IWSTH)?
My child went here, while grateful for the school making space, probably the worst decision made to put the child in here. There are good kids, but there's a massive bullying issue at this school, that gets taken very lightly. Then, when you see the interactions of parents, it makes sense why the kids are this way. There should be no class mom/dad but a school governing body. Don't think bringing up issues with your kid will get resolved, in hindsight, I should've reported the 2-3 incidents we experienced to the Dutch educational system. I would strongly consider other options in the area and use this school as an absolute last resort.
One of the best schools in The Netherlands. Each and every little thing done by the team for the growth of child awesome. Team waldorf makes sure that your child gets a perfect environment. Individual attention is given to each and every child. My child is growing with them from last 2.5yrs and I am very happy parent. Best wishes to Team Waldorf.
