About Goethe Schule

The Goethe-Schule, which is located at a distance of approximately 20 km north of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, in a peaceful, almost idyllic neighborhood (La Horqueta).聽It is a school that has the certification of "聽Excellent German School Abroad鈥�(DAS) awarded by the Federal Republic of Germany and belonging to a network of more than 140 German schools abroad that are funded by the German State to promote language learning worldwide and promote German culture and their way of life outside of Germany.聽It is a school of encounter: in an open, lively and stimulating environment, students from very diverse cultures and backgrounds participate together in classes and in special activities that reinforce their intercultural competence.聽Our school is attended by children and young people from more than 20 nations, all united by a common interest: learning, working and living in and with the German language and culture.

The Goethe-Schule welcomes in its聽facilities聽Kindergarten, Primary (1st to 6th grade) and secondary (1st to 6th year) to more than 1,500 children and young people between 2 and 18 years.聽We teach both students whose mother tongue is German as well as students whose mother tongue is Spanish, teaching classes in three languages: German, Spanish and -from 4th grade of Primary- in English.
