I love Dwight School Seoul! I loved every aspect of Dwight! The cafeteria serves delicious and filling meals every day enough for my big tummy. I remember always being so excited for every one of my classes, and I have built great relationships with my teachers and classmates alike! I appreciate the events the school organized; they were always so much fun! The teachers were amazing, and although there may be individuals who seek to disrupt the wonderful dynamic of Dwight School Seoul, these individuals are usually dealt accordingly. Even the water tastes amazing at Dwight School Seoul! They include a lot of diversity at this Dwight including an Islam and LGBTQIA+ club, this shows that Dwight School Seoul values diversity and individuality, and globalism! The uniforms are sleek and comfortable and make me feel smart and ready to study! The building is very modern and nice, and feels spacious, there are lots of stairs for exercise, and the gym is very high quality! Everything at this school is amazing, easily one of my most favorite places. Sincerely, Edwin Park
My husband and I encouraged my son to do Dwight School's exchange programme because we knew that it would be extremely valuable for him. He did it and had an amazing time! He had the opportunity to meet his peers from a different Dwight campus, made new friends and got to experience a totally different culture...
When my daughter joined Dwight School's volleyball team she was completely new to the game. But with the help of her coach and team, she has improved her volleyball game quite a lot. She has also become a lot more disciplined and is learning what it means to play with a team.
Absolutely do not recommend this school. I鈥檝e visited many other international schools in Korea, and Dwight is most likely the smallest out of all. I would say the tuition is not worth it. The majority of teachers here hate their jobs and their students. The current school counselor has a habit of belittling and bullying students - deteriorates students鈥 mental health. There are also a few pedo allegations amongst kids here. Some of the 鈥榗ourses鈥 are so useless it baffles me. There is an overly excessive amount of sex-ed and LGBTQ teachings. Not only, there is too much time wasted in teaching students about very simple knowledge of hygiene, emotions, and peer pressure. I guarantee that at least like 9 out of 10 kids hate it. But the school can鈥檛 care less about students鈥 feedback! The school itself is problematic, has been in a lot of controversial news reports. They force the high schoolers to babysit the elementary schoolers every Wednesday for 2 hours and sometimes we鈥檙e forced to participate in boring, useless games, like throwing hula hoops. The cafeteria food, extracurricular activities and uniforms are so expensive here, yet the lunch ladies even hesitate to give out seconds, it鈥檚 ridiculous! If your children are young, they may enjoy it here but I wouldn鈥檛 recommend for middle and upper schoolers. Dwight is a new school. SFS and SIS are much more rigorous. Never in my life have I been so devastated and unmotivated because of school. I can鈥檛 express how happy I am to finally leave. Don鈥檛 walk into your own nightmare. Don鈥檛 blame me if you do, but I warned you and better run while you can !!
Great school! Not really sure why some people are wrote some bad reviews. It is a small which is great because there is sense of community. My daughter attended a private school back in the states but she has never been this happy and excited going to school.
Dwight is a horrible school, it is miles behind other international schools, the worst characteristic of this school is the teachers since most of them are not even qualified. The school is not really international since most of the kids here are Korean obviously and they take up around 80% of all kids for this reason, you will hear more Korean than English every single day. Teachers bring a lot of discussion in this school and especially after a teacher was caught having sexual intercourse with a student outside of school, almost all teachers have heavy preferences especially male teachers towards female students. The school also has a major preference towards Asian students and heavily diminishes other students such as white students due to their historical past of having a certain domination towards Asians and other races. This school is absolutely horrible and it's crazy expensive so doesn't even bother to send your child here because you will regret it and your child will have the worst time of his academic life and I could say this because my child was heavily left out from his teachers for being a straight white male which in this school seems to be illegal apparantely and was heavily bullied by his teachers.
Amazing school. I love it, the teachers are so nice and my classmates too. Korean is spoken here
This school is a cesspit filled with very competitive pretentious rich kids who have a superiority complex and will make others feel inferior due to them getting a lower grade. Punishments are often unfair and teachers are really strict. It is not worth the amount of money. And although this school may look like an international school, don't be fooled as only a third of the kids at this school are from different countries.
Music program is terrible. Children in upper school are put in band regardless of their level in an instrument. The campus is small, and does not offer enough outside space for kids. The school has many stairs with classes like P.E in the basement with classes like Math/Science immediately after on the 5th of 4th floor.
This school has mostly good teacher and alot of people enjoy the P.E and has well health care and covid 19 thingy gives out home tests every week.

I go to Dwight School Seoul, the school system has flexibility and it is diverse. This school has other Dwight Schools around the world, so we can connect with them too. We are international and care for everybody. If you are looking for a new school - as a Dwight student, I recommend here. Because it is different than other schools. - 20th, February, 2018, Jason Kim, 6B.

Very bad school. Doesn鈥檛 care about the quality of teachers and just puts in people that are the cheapest pay. Also doesn鈥檛 care for students鈥 college acceptances, and thinks college is not important in the future of students. If you want your child to get into a top university, Dwight is not the choice for you.
