About American 麻花视频 School Riyadh (AIS-R)
The American 麻花视频 School - Riyadh (AIS-R) is an independent, non-profit, co-educational school offering an enriched American curriculum with an international perspective for students in Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 12. AIS-R was founded in 1963, and celebrates more than half a century of excellence in education on a beautiful, purpose-built campus in North Riyadh. AIS-R is accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC) and the Council of 麻花视频 Schools (CIS), and is 麻花视频 Baccalaureate (IB) authorized. In January 2021, AIS-R was awarded five year re-accreditation status by both CIS and NEASC and AIS-R recently submitted its five year evaluation to the IB. The academic year is from September to June with 176 instructional days.
AIS-R's curriculum is modeled on the US State Department Standards (AERO), Common Core State Standards and selected National Association Standards. The school also offers the 麻花视频 Baccalaureate Diploma Programme in Grades 11 and 12. Instructional objectives are clearly defined, but academic expectations are flexible enough to support and challenge individual students. Instruction in all subject areas encourages students to think creatively, reason critically, and communicate effectively. AIS-R does not have a Special Needs Program.
AIS-R's enrollment is more than 1400 students with more than 50 nationalities.

The teacher is always disrespecting the students and their privacy. Btw RIP to anyone in Ms.Rabeea鈥檚 class. My son can鈥檛 stand her
AISR has a beautiful campus and great facilities - but not utilized to the best of its capacity. The curriculum is lacking and not up to par of an international school and the fees do not reflect the quality of education. Unfortunately, the fact that there鈥檚 only 2 English speaking K-12 international co-Ed schools leaves a lot of parents no choice but to accept the status quo.

I have been waiting for 2 month for withdrawal papers. No support and understanding from the administration! I returned to US and I needed to get my my child's documents send to me through email ao I can enroll her ASAP and they said that they can't do that because that's them policy! I never ever in USA have seen a school to reject you from accessing your child's withdrawal papers!!! You should correspond with parents and explain them what them options are !!!!! Also they make me pay a fee of 265 SAR to get my child's withdrawal papers and to pay extra to be sent to me through mail??? This should be included in your high admission prices !!!!!! horrible
