Promises made during hiring about support and professional development were unfulfilled, with a punitive management style fostering fear and insecurity. Additionally, resource allocation was poor, leaving classrooms poorly equipped and hindering effective teaching. Despite the school's polished image, the underlying issues of instability, lack of transparency, and insufficient support for teachers and students made it a challenging and disheartening place to work.
